Former President Muhammadu Buhari’s family will never be betrayed, according to Katsina State Governor Umaru Dikko Radda.
Yusuf Buhari, the son of the late Muhammadu Buhari, was introduced to the governor as a candidate from the Daura, Mai’adua, and Sandamu Federal Constituencies by a team of All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders.
According to Radda, he would be unable to betray his family in any way as a benefactor of Buhari.
Governor Radda described how the late President had helped him since 2015.
I will never be able to betray Buhari’s family. From the early days of the CPC till now, I have benefited from his positive reputation. Buhari is currently running late. I hope his soul finds peace. As a result, I hope Yusuf succeeds in his political endeavors,” he remarked.
Because Yusuf Buhari is running, the APC won’t stop anyone from running in a democratic system, he added, pointing out that since Yusuf’s father ran alongside numerous others before winning, “everyone is free to contest.”
As Yusuf enters politics, the governor encouraged him to establish a reputation.
Yusuf Buhari thanked the federal constituency’s stakeholders earlier in his speech and promised not to disappoint them. He promised them that he would live up to their expectations and that the support he has been receiving from residents has been very gratifying.
