Churchill Reacts to Criticism for Not Honoring Tonto and Rosy on Mother’s Day

Olakunle Churchill, a businessman, responded to a social media user who asked why he did not honor his wife Rosy Meurer and his ex-partner Tonto Dikeh on Mother’s Day.

Mother’s Day was observed on Sunday, March 15, 2026, according to Naija News. Many Nigerians, including public celebrities, took advantage of the occasion to honor moms, wives, and daughters for their contributions in families and society.

However, Churchill did not name his wife or his ex-wife in a post that was devoted to his own mother.

His choice attracted criticism on social media, particularly as several users had anticipated that he would mention both ladies in his statement.

The incident sparked new discussion about potential problems in his marriage to Meurer.

Following his recent reunion with Dikeh, which sparked public curiosity as the two were spotted together once more in pictures and videos, the rumors had already begun to circulate.

A user going by the handle @victory_onyibliss questioned Churchill about why he neglected to include both women in his Mother’s Day statement as online comments persisted.

The admirer questioned, “Why didn’t you celebrate your wife and your ex?”

Churchill responded by telling the user to celebrate them on his behalf without providing any more details.

He said, “Help me celebrate them.”
