Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has challenged the present opposition political parties to provide evidence that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is battling them.
According to Naija News, Sani claimed that the opposition members were neither organized nor serious during his appearance on Arise Television’s “Prime Time” on Tuesday.
The governor claimed that the opposition lawmakers were merely defending their own interests.
Sani said in the previous three months, the opposition MPs have been moving from one party to another, looking for a platform.
“Are the current opposition in Nigeria really fighting the ruling party because they believe in Nigeria?” he said.
It all comes down to their individual interests. These individuals are not sincere. Based on their beliefs or abilities, they are not political parties.
“The way you are viewing them, I don’t think they are organized. They consistently claim that the ruling party is against them, therefore you should push them to provide proof.
What is their own philosophy, ideology, or agenda? If you are a member of a political party, you must take action to safeguard the party by organizing, building, and doing whatever is required. You can’t keep switching between parties.
