Singer Crayon criticizes Don Jazzy, saying, “Marvin is going down.”

Charles Chibueze Chukwu, best known by his stage name Crayon, is a Nigerian musician who called out label boss Don Jazzy in a furious social media tirade, sparking rumors that he may leave Mavin Records.

According to Naija News, Crayon also attacked Mavin Records’ management, especially Tega Oghenejobo, the label’s chief operating officer (COO), in a number of 𝕏 posts.

Crayon wrote, “Don Jazzy na my boy!!!!!!!” as a jab at Don Jazzy. Is una dey maddddd? Shayennnnn sharayyyyyy333,” before turning to Tega with a harsher remark, “Tega greatest criminal!!!!!!!!!”

He did not elaborate on his assertion that the label caused him to lose his mother.

In May 2019, Crayon, who signed with Mavin Records’ imprint Blowtime Entertainment, attacked the label by declaring, “Mavin is going down!!!!!!.”

Crayon has continued to post on Instagram without disclosing that his account was hacked, so it’s still unknown if his 𝕏 account was hijacked.

The artist also revealed a new booking email address and information on what looks to be a new business called Olodum Entertainment in an Instagram post.

Online rumors suggest that Crayon’s recently released song “Baami” is currently listed under the Olodum Entertainment imprint rather than the Mavin Records name.
