The Kano State House of Assembly has started the process of impeaching Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, the state’s deputy governor.
According to Naija News, a motion to begin Gwarzo’s impeachment was supported by 38 members of the Kano State House of Assembly.
The action is the result of allegations of egregious wrongdoing, abuse of power, and betrayals of public confidence.
