The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) filed an appeal, and the Supreme Court has reserved decision.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Austin Nwachukwu, Sule Lamido, and two other respondents were the parties to the court’s decision.
This came after the substantive appeal was heard and the procedures were regularized.
The actions were made on Wednesday following the start of hearings in cases pertaining to the opposition party’s leadership by the highest court.
