Actress Toyin Abraham of Nollywood has once again discussed her previous falling out with fellow actress Funke Akindele, which at the time caused controversy in the film business.
She recalled that the problem began following an event at a movie premiere, which at the time caused her to take a firm stance over their relationship, according to Naija News.
However, she has since declared she is no longer interested in keeping the situation alive and would rather move on totally.
In an interview with the Morayo Afolabi Brown Show, she discussed how her response to criticism has evolved as a result of internet comments and public reactions.
The actress clarified that she has become accustomed to disparaging comments and that they no longer have a significant impact on her.
She also made it apparent that she no longer lets such remarks irritate her, therefore she normally reacts to online critics in a lighthearted and playful way rather than out of rage.
Regarding the Funke Akindele issue, she refrained from providing specifics and insisted that she would rather not relive the past.
“There is nothing anyone would say that would get to me anymore,” declared Abraham. I’m just having fun with you if I reply to you. I’d want to play with you. I don’t want to talk about it because I don’t like talking about my history with Funke Akindele. When they try to pair me with someone, I don’t like it. Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi, all I want is to be myself.
