Seilat Adeyemo, a Nollywood actress, has confirmed her father’s passing.
In a message on her Instagram page on Monday, the actress said that her father “fought so hard” prior to his death.
Adeyemo said she was emotionally crushed by her father’s passing and that the loss was extremely painful.
“God loved my dad more and called him home to rest, even though he fought so hard.” I never thought I would feel so crushed and devastated. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience the anguish of losing a parent,” she added.
The actress also asked for patience from her admirers and well-wishers, saying that she wasn’t emotionally prepared to reply to messages.
“I see all of your messages and calls, but I’m not in the correct frame of mind to reply at this time. I’ll return as soon as I can. “I appreciate all of your love,” she stated.
“Losing the one God used to create you is such a deep pain,” she continued.
Adeyemo did not reveal the time of the occurrence or the reason behind her father’s passing.
She started acting in the early 2000s, but it wasn’t until she starred in the 2013 movie Imoran that she became well-known. Since then, she has been well-known in Nollywood’s Yoruba division and starred in a number of movies.
