“Olamide, don’t mess with me,” Portable says in response to allegations that he was placed on a blacklist.

Due to allegations of being banned, controversial Nigerian artist Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, better known by his stage name Portable, has raged at Olamide, his senior colleague and ace rapper, as well as other prominent individuals in the music industry.

According to Naija News, Portable’s outburst follows claims made by well-known influencer Tunde Perry that he was in a conference where some high-ranking music executives blacklisted Portable for egregious misconduct.

According to Perry, Portable’s disruptive behavior in the business not only put him on the blacklist of influential people in the field, but it also reduced the likelihood that established musicians and executives would help up-and-coming artists.

Perry added that Olamide’s experience with Portable, who continuously criticized him after helping him with his breakout song “Zazu Zeh,” has made him wary of helping up-and-coming musicians.

In response, Portable criticized Olamide, Tunde Perry, and the music executives who had banned him in a social media video, emphasizing that he does not require their backing to be successful in the music business.

Portable bragged that he had enough admirers and that he is now more influential in the music business than the musicians and promoters that banned him.

“I am bigger than them,” he declared. Who wants to be on the blacklist? According to Tunde Perry, Olamide and his group of music executives demanded that I be placed on a blacklist. Are you my God or my fans? Are you giving me food?

I have admirers of my own. No f**king person can match me in size. You won’t be stressed by anyone who wants to assist you. Don’t put me under stress because of the help you provided me in the past. Have you been the only one to help me before?

Many folks were able to assist me without causing me any concern. Why do you think my songs shouldn’t be played again? Don’t mess with me, Olamide. I’ll give you back the energy if you mess with me. Do not stray from your lane.
