Nigerian singer and skit creator Nasiru Lawal, better known by his stage as Nasboi, has revealed that he is sad and that the traumatic event has left him ill-equipped to give love another chance anytime soon.
The “Could This Be Love” performer addressed the emotional impact of the grief in a post uploaded on his X account, calling it “real.”
“Heartbreak does exist. I sensed that. Love once more? He wrote, “Not anytime soon.”
Nevertheless, neither the identity of the unidentified partner nor the reasons behind the breakup were disclosed by Nasboi.
In the wake of the disclosure, his admirers sympathized with the singer and urged him to think about counseling and emotional recovery.
Others, on the other hand, agreed with the 33-year-old singer’s choice to avoid romantic relationships.
