Senator Shehu Sani, a former member of the National Assembly who represented Kaduna Central, has declared that if Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State, is elected president of Nigeria, nothing would change.
According to Naija News, Sani revealed this during an appearance on the “Honest Bunch” podcast, claiming that Peter Obi’s fans are tribal and originate from his ethnic heritage.
Former congressman Peter Obi claims that President Bola Tinubu, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, and former President Olusegun Obasanjo have similar political philosophies.
“The support for Peter Obi is tribal; many of the people who support him are from his ethnic background,” he stated.
Nothing would change if Obi were elected president of Nigeria today.
“Atiku, Tinubu, Obasanjo, and Peter Obi are all from the same ideological background and share the same beliefs and ways of thinking. The 2027 election will be won by Tinubu.
“The North was silent during Buhari’s administration, despite massacres, kidnappings, and widespread insecurity.”
“When I stood up to speak about the murders and abductions of my people in the Senate, Northern senators were the first to attack me.”
