After the team bus crashed en route to Lagos, Rovers players suffered internal bleeding.

Edem Oyom, the team manager of Rovers FC of Calabar, has disclosed that a number of players are suffering from internal bleeding following the club’s car accident on Monday morning while on route to Lagos for a league match.

The team’s vehicle lost control and fell off the road at Okada Junction, causing an accident.

Following the collision, an unidentified athlete was reportedly in critical condition, while other players had various injuries and deep cuts. Oyom and other club officials were also injured.

But I need to fasten my seatbelt. According to the Daily Post, Oyom stated, “I can tell you that the very critical one is now medically stabilized.”

Numerous others are also reacting to medical care. However, there are also additional issues.

According to the medical staff that treated them at the clinic in Okada town, Edo State, they are experiencing internal bleeding.

“We have evacuated them this morning to Asaba in Delta State, where we believe we will receive better and more intensive medical attention.”

According to Oyom, the team is working nonstop to make sure the athletes are stabilized and given the finest treatment possible.

According to information obtained by Naija News, the incident happened while Rovers FC was its route to Lagos for a planned match versus Sporting Lagos FC.
