Some attributes, most notably beauty, are much more elusive and subjective than accomplishments like wealth or world records, which are simple to measure.
To address this problem scientifically, British plastic surgeon Dr. Julian De Silva of the Center for Plastic Surgery and Advanced Facial Cosmetics in London set out.
He created the Golden Ratio Score, a percentage that assesses facial symmetry and proportion to identify the most mathematically beautiful faces in the world, by fusing the ancient Greek concept of the Golden Ratio (Phi) with sophisticated computerized facial mapping.
Using this formula, Dr. De Silva created a list of the ten most attractive celebrity women based just on symmetry and face dimensions.
