By Enitan Abdultawab The Afro Nation 2026 festival in Portugal will feature three of the biggest names in Afrobeats: Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Asake.
The organisers published the full lineup on X, showing a mix of leading Afrobeats, R&B, dancehall, and
Amapiano Stars.

The event will be held at Praia da Rocha Beach in Portimão, Portugal, from July 3 to July 5, 2026. The festival will begin on July 3 with Burna Boy and South African celebrity Tyla, then go on to Asake on July 4 and Wizkid on July 5.
Rapper Gunna and American R&B singer Kehlani will also be special guests at the 2026 edition. Other Nigerian artistes on the bill include Olamide, Young Jonn, Darkoo, Wande Coal, and Mavo.
Tickets for Early Access will be available on February 5.
The 2026 edition of Afro Nation, a prestigious yearly celebration of African music and culture, is anticipated to be larger than before.
Top Nigerian celebrities Burna Boy, Davido, Tems, and Qing Madi were among the performers last year.
