Eniola Badmus, a Nollywood actress and the House Speaker’s Special Advisor on Social Events and Public Hearings, has refuted a widely shared social media post that called her a “private pimp.”
According to Naija News, the post, which included pictures of Eniola, claimed that the network assisted her in getting into politics and accused her of putting young women in contact with politicians, filmmakers, and film executives for exploitation.
“Popular Yoruba actress Eniola Badmus is reportedly a private pimp in Nigeria and in the movie industry, connecting young girls with top directors, movie executives, and Nigerian politicians,” the user stated in the post via 𝕏. She undoubtedly entered the political arena through this network, and politicians have taken advantage of and utilized several young girls for various ends thanks to her ties.
The actor responded by calling the accusation untrue and attention-grabbing, adding that authorities will step in.
She wrote, “Let’s get started. This is a bogus claim and authorities will step in. This is the attention you’ve been craving.Make it clear that we don’t provide forgiveness in this area.
Remember that when a TikToker made similar claims in 2023, Eniola Badmus filed a petition, rejected an apology, and the accuser was found guilty of cyberbullying with the possibility of a fine.
