In a recent statistical analysis, Ronaldo leads the all-time penalty rankings.

Cristiano Ronaldo is unquestionably at the top of a new statistical analysis of football’s most reliable spot-kick takers.

In order to identify the most dependable penalty-spot finishers in the game, the study, which was published by Planet Football, looked at conversion success throughout club and international careers.

With more than 180 successful penalties and counting, Ronaldo dominates the standings. The attacker keeps adding to his total, solidifying his position as the most prolific penalty scorer in sports history.

Alan Shearer, the former captain of England, is ranked tenth after converting 72 penalties and missing only 11, solidifying his status as one of the most lethal forwards in the Premier League.

Swedish legend Zlatan Ibrahimović comes in eighth place with 85 points, followed by Italian great Alessandro Del Piero with 77. Francesco Totti, a Roma legend, leads with 86.

Robert Lewandowski, a striker from Poland, is in sixth position with 89 penalty kicks. Roberto Baggio remained one of Italy’s best attacking players despite the lasting memory of his miss in the 1994 World Cup final, as seen by his 101 penalties.

With 104 conversions, England captain Harry Kane has already broken the century mark and is predicted to reach even greater heights before the end of his career.

Ronald Koeman and Lionel Messi, both at 113, are tied for second place. While Koeman’s potent shooting made him a unique defensive specialist in the rankings, Messi overcame early inconsistencies to become more dependable.
