Ahead of the 2027 election, Nigerian gospel artist Ebuka Songs has criticized President Bola Tinubu for a campaign billboard.
According to Naija News, Ebuka posted a photo of the billboard with the words “Expect More 2027.”
The musician expressed his dissatisfaction by stating that Nigerians are no longer expecting anything from Tinubu’s government, noting the nation’s ongoing instability and killings.
Ebuka emphasized that President Nigeria’s administration had failed Nigerians and advised him to leave the country alone.
“Baba!!!!” he wrote. Please don’t expect anything more from you; what you do is fine. Every day, people are dying, and all you do is post billboards everywhere? What kind of garbage is this? 🤦♂️🤦♂️💔💔💔
“Your government has failed, sir. Please leave Nigeria alone. We cannot expect anything. Thank you.
Because every evil individual implicated in this catastrophe will always be punished, every bloodshed will continue to cry out. Amen.
Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has counseled the African Democratic Congress (ADC) leadership, led by David Mark, to cease attributing their problems to Tinubu.
Instead of placing the blame on the ruling party, he suggested that the opposition coalition look within and find a solution to its internal dilemma.
Oyintiloye said in a statement released in Osogbo on Monday that Tinubu is not a court of law that ordered the ADC to return to its pre-merger executives while a matter brought by one of its members was being decided at the Federal High Court.
Instead of blaming the president for the party’s internal strife, Oyintiloye said the delisted ADC leadership must have the guts to tell Nigerians the truth.
